Australian VISAS

In 2018, Australia amended its sponsorship requirements for recruitment professionals. Seasoned recruiters are still welcome to stay for up to four years under the Temporary Skills Shortage VISA (TSS) (Previously 457 VISA), with an avenue to PR after this period. ​​In order to qualify for sponsorship, the following needs to be checked:

  • A minimum of five years of recruitment experience; or
  • A degree and a minimum of two years of recruitment experience
  • And secure a minimum base salary of $90,000

New Zealand VISAS

The entry requirements for recruitment professionals in NZ are far less stringent than in Australia, making it relatively easy to gain sponsorship and enjoy the lifestyle of an ex-pat.
